After the ITI Course student has mainly two choices, First is a Job and the second choice is Higher studies. Let’s Start First Choice:- Jobs
After completing of ITI Course, ITI certificate holders can go for Apprenticeship Training and this training is only one and two years with a stipend of approx. 5000 to 15000 per month. There are huge demands for Apprenticeship holders in public or private sector organizations.
Permanent jobs are also available for ITI holders through crack competitive exams. Every month, Govt. organizations and public sector units notify job notifications online or through paper advertisements.
An ITI certificate holder can apply directly to all public sector or government organizations as per according to the advertisement and also choose private companies for doing a job like MARUTI, TATA, HONDA etc.
Second choice:- Higher Education
I suggest you join the Diploma course as a lateral entry because after the diploma course you will have more opportunities.
In a lateral entry scheme diploma is a two-year course after ITI, Candidates are directly promoted to the third semester.
