Difference between Internships and Training

 Internships and Training.

Most of people would think that these two terms are similar but it's not like that.
So I would like to explain the clear differences between the Internships and Training.

INTERNSHIP:-
In an Internship you have some skills and you want to develop those skills further, let us say you already know theory classes and now you wish to  take an internship in that field where  you would apply the knowledge of theory classes practically.
during an internship you work on a live project in a full-fledged  office.
In an internship you are  generally paid by the employer or sometimes it's unpaid.

TRAINING:-
Whereas in training, you don't know  about any theory class you want to learn the theory classes as well as practically, so you take up a training and in a training you basically acquire skills and knowledge and you work on dummy projects.
In a training you generally have to pay to get trained.

let's example Internshala.com, in internshala all the internships we post except for NGO's are paid internships.

whereas in a training you generally have to pay to get trained internshala.com, Virtual training center also provides online trainings on various technologies and many more field.

I hope now you have understood the difference between a training and an internship.
